Responsibilities

• Admit testers in and out of the facility, greet testers, verify registration and ID, ensure devices are off, and review policies.
• Proctor testers using camera systems, screen monitoring software, and traditional methods; report concerns to a supervisor.
• Complete office-administrative tasks, maintain facility cleanliness, shred sensitive documents, respond to emails, and assist on special projects when needed.
