Job summary

West Coast University is seeking a Proctor to assist with the administration of paper/pencil and computer-based quizzes, tests, and exams for our students. You will ensure compliance with testing policies, ADA requirements, and accreditation standards while supporting a student-centered and innovative community.

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to applicants, students, and faculty with academic testing parameters according to ADA and testing agency requirements.
• Scheduling proctored admissions and challenge exams; schedules term/semester tests and make-up tests.
• Preparing, assembling, and transporting appropriate test materials to test sites to maintain confidentiality and security.
• Evaluating testing environment prior to, during, and after a proctored test to ensure test security and quiet atmosphere.
