Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience, in person.
• Must be 18 years of age to qualify.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Inspect exams and enforce test center policies.
• Monitor candidates during exams and ensure security.
• Address candidate issues with urgency and professionalism.
• Maintain a secure test center environment and materials.
