Qualifications

• Ability to pass installation access screening (NCIC-III/TSDB) for Redstone Arsenal
• Authorized to work in the United States; subject to E-Verify
• Prior customer service, administrative, or coordination experience preferred
• Basic computer skills; ability to use Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and/or Power BI-based systems
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day Service Section operations and provide CEHNC programs with EWRS instruction
• Serve as primary point of contact for CEHNC users; troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed
• Monitor EWRS to ensure requests are assigned within 24 hours
• Track open actions against suspense dates and contact assignees on overdue items
• Maintain QC Record Log of EWRS-related emails in MS Teams
• Maintain a Record Log of technical issues including logging and resolution tracking
• Represent EWRS during system/platform changes and coordinate with CEHNC users
• Safeguard government property and access credentials
• Coordinate communication and scheduling with supervisors and COR
• Use Microsoft Teams, computers, and mobile phones for scheduling and updates
• Prepare and submit a monthly status report on DF-related activities
• Attend quarterly CEHNC coordination meetings and provide schedule change notices
