Job summary

EOS Defense Systems USA in Huntsville, AL, seeks an Electrical Engineering Lead to direct a small team across multiple Remote Weapon System programs. You will drive technical solutions, mentor engineers, manage tasks, and uphold strict quality and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 8+ years of progressive engineering experience leading small technical teams.
• Experience in US Government Contracting/Defense environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret-level U.S. security clearance; US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for the electrical engineering team, guiding design and integration of complex electronics for RWSs.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers to accelerate growth and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Prioritize and assign engineering tasks across multiple programs to meet milestones.
• Ensure on-time delivery with rigorous reviews and compliance to aerospace/defense standards.
• Collaborate with systems, software, and mechanical leads to integrate electrical systems into weapon platforms.
