Job summary

CareRing Health is seeking an EVV Associate to support EVV activity, review visits, and ensure compliant, accurate data for billing and payroll. You will work with branch teams, caregivers, and the EVV Manager to resolve issues and maintain visit integrity across markets.

The role emphasizes documentation, adherence to EVV processes, and timely communication while supporting audits and compliance initiatives within a busy home health environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in healthcare operations, home care, administrative support, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Experience with EVV systems, payroll, billing or compliance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• EVV monitoring and daily operations across assigned markets.
• Investigate and resolve routine EVV exceptions and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with documentation, prebilling and onboarding of visits.
• Provide guidance to branch staff and caregivers on EVV procedures.
• Support reporting, data collection and process improvements.
