Job summary

Four K Health Care is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented EVV and Billing Clerk to support both office and field operations. This position will be responsible for maintaining accurate EVV records, assisting with billing activities, resolving documentation issues, and providing field support to ensure services are properly documented and reported.

The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working independently, has strong communication skills, and can travel to client and caregiver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in healthcare administration, billing, EVV, home care, personal care, or data entry preferred.
• Strong computer and data-entry skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify EVV records for accuracy and completeness.
• Monitor caregiver clock-in and clock-out information and resolve discrepancies.
• Review service records for missing or incorrect information.
• Enter and maintain client, caregiver, service, and billing information accurately.
• Prepare and process billing documentation and invoices.
• Track rejected, incomplete, or corrected billing records.
• Assist with billing reconciliation and routine reports.
• Communicate with caregivers and office staff regarding EVV and documentation issues.
• Maintain accurate and organized electronic and paper records.
• Protect confidential client and company information.
