Future Energy in Troy, MI is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end EVSE site deployments, coordinating site readiness, installation contractors, CPMS configuration, and Interface integration to meet client needs.

Your role involves managing 30+ concurrent projects from site readiness to go-live, ensuring on-time delivery within scope, while maintaining thorough project documentation and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical certificate required; relevant field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical installation or systems implementation.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and contractors.
• Familiarity with SOPs and documented processes for repeatable tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end EVSE site readiness and coordinate installation contractors.
• Configure CPMS per site requirements and tailor Interface for client needs.
• Ensure configurations meet quality standards before go-live.
• Maintain project documentation, plans, notes, and client correspondence.
• Track milestones and provide status updates to stakeholders.
