Job summary

Future Energy is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead end-to-end EVSE site implementations. You will manage 30+ concurrent projects, coordinate installation contractors, and configure CPMS and our Interface platform to meet site requirements.

Working from playbooks and SOPs, you will ensure on-time delivery, scope adherence, and operational readiness. The role requires strong project coordination, documentation discipline, and the ability to maintain configuration records across multiple

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or technical certificate or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years in technical installation, systems implementation, or project coordination.
• Experience with installation/implementation of technical products or software systems.
• Familiarity with construction processes and contractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end site readiness for EVSE installations across 30+ projects.
• Coordinate remotely with installation contractors to schedule and track activities.
• Review site construction documents and electrical diagrams for mobilization.
• Monitor milestones and report schedule risks to the Integration Team Manager.
• Ensure each implementation meets the 6-week project timeline.
• Configure CPMS and Interface per site requirements and SOPs.
• Maintain project documentation and templates; generate reports and correspondence.
