LA28 is seeking an EVS Associate, Training & Experience to coordinate and administer the training programme for Event Service staff and volunteers for the Los Angeles 2028 Games. You will ensure memorable experiences and support operations with logistics for training sessions.

Based in Downtown Los Angeles, you will develop materials, schedule trainings, manage attendance, and deliver sessions to large audiences, while maintaining high quality and working under tight timelines during peak event

Competenze

• Proven experience (2+ years) in events, customer service or training organisations.
• Experience creating engaging training materials for large cohorts.
• Excellent English writing, communication and presentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work onsite in Downtown Los Angeles and handle multiple tasks.

Mansioni

• Implement the training project plan under the guidance of the EVS Sr. Manager, Workforce & Experience.
• Work with the Event Venue Services Management Team to create training materials.
• Coordinate the training schedule, equipment and room logistics.
• Coordinate the training invitation, acceptance and attendance tracking process.
• Coordinate training information and content for printing and publication.
• Ensure quality services and equipment for training delivery.
• Coordinate the usage of resources.
• Present training material to large audiences.
• Support EVS Venue teams with Event and Workforce Operations on venue.
• Support the Workforce Sr. Manager with the delivery of EVS documentation and spectator experience needs.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
