Augusta Health is seeking an Environmental Services Team Leader for the 3rd shift (11:00 PM to 7:30 AM) to supervise housekeeping and custodial staff in our Fishersville location. The role focuses on leading the shift, ensuring proper staffing, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards across patient and administrative areas.

The EVS Team Lead will conduct inspections, train new staff, and manage schedules and performance to support Augusta Health’s mission and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Oversee shift operations and lead staff to ensure coverage.
• Train and instruct new employees; monitor work performance and provide guidance.
• Review records and supervise staff performance in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Writes schedules and approves PTO and vacations for shift; schedules always properly covered.
• Advise supervisor of staff performance or other actions; review records and hold supervisory meetings.
• Oversee all aspects of the shift for smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and guide staff work; ensure adequate supplies and equipment.
