Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor in Springfield, MA. You will lead a team, schedule shifts, conduct inspections, and uphold top cleanliness standards throughout the property to create a welcoming environment for guests.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of supervisory EVS experience, and must be willing to work swing and grave shifts Sunday–Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off, including holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 2+ years of environmental services supervisory experience.
• Willing to work Swing/Grave shifts Sun-Tue with Wed-Thu off, plus holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise EVS team, including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training.
• Address employee questions and guest concerns to ensure service standards.
• Provide direction to achieve high cleanliness in casino, public areas, offices, and required spaces.
• Conduct daily inspections, briefings, and team updates; train and ensure compliance.
• Prepare end-of-shift reports and coordinate with facilities on maintenance issues.
• Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service consistently.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks with department leadership.
