Job summary

MGM Resorts in Springfield, MA, is seeking an Environmental Services Supervisor to lead a dedicated EVS team, conduct inspections, and ensure pristine surroundings for guests across casino, public areas, and offices.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a supervisory EVS role, a High School Diploma or GED, and availability for Swing/Grave shifts Sunday–Tuesday with Wed/Thu off, including holidays. Join a team focused on hospitality and guest experience.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
2+ years of EVS supervisory experience required.
Able to work Swing and Grave shifts; Sun–Tue with Wed/Thu off (holidays included).

Responsibilities

Supervise EVS team, including scheduling, coaching, counseling, and training.
Address staff questions and guest concerns to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
Direct efforts to achieve high cleanliness in casino, public areas, offices, and other spaces.
Conduct daily inspections, briefings, and training updates; meet with employees for compliance needs.
Prepare end-of-shift reports and coordinate with facilities on maintenance issues.
Deliver professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Assist with administrative and operational functions with department leadership.
