Job summary

Quechan Casino Resort - Winterhaven, CA is hiring an experienced EVS Supervisor to lead our Environmental Services team on site. This full-time position supports 24/7 operations and aims to keep gaming floors, public areas, back‑of‑house spaces and restrooms in pristine condition for guests and staff.

Reports to the EVS Manager and oversees custodial activities, staff assignments, on-the-job training, quality assurance, and inventory control, while upholding safety, compliance, and the tribal

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three years custodial experience with one year in a supervisory role.
• Must be 21 years of age and able to pass pre-employment screenings.
• Background check and gaming license in AZ and CA required; tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily custodial activities and custodial staff assignments.
• Lead training, performance management, and quality assurance for Environmental Services.
• Oversee inventory control and ensure 24/7 cleanliness across gaming floors, public spaces, back-of-house areas and restrooms.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced EVS Supervisor to lead our Environmental Services team in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming casino environment. The ideal candidate will ensure that all gaming areas, public spaces, back-of-house areas, and restrooms meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation-24/7.

As an EVS Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in supporting operational excellence and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications: Under general direction of the EVS Manager, supervises the daily activities of custodial services, including personnel assignments, training and management, quality assurance and inventory control.

High school diploma or GED. Three years custodial experience, one year supervisor experience.Must be 21 years of age.Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, random drug and controlled substance abuse tests, background investigation, obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California. Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members.
