Infor is hiring an EVS Lead in Temecula, California. This role involves directing the workflow of Environmental Services personnel to maintain cleanliness in the casino. You'll be responsible for overseeing a team of 75-80 workers, assisting in training, scheduling, and maintaining quality standards.
A high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience are required. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, a professional image, and the ability to operate necessary cleaning equipment.
The Environmental Services (EVS) Lead is responsible for directing the workflow of EVS personnel and ensuring the casino remains clean and stocked at all times.
All Team Members will display a Four Diamond commitment to guest service through the delivery and maintenance of the Quality Standards established by Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC).
This position serves in a supervisory capacity. Responsibilities may include budgeting, hiring/terminations, Team Member relations issues, mentoring, and corrective actions. The Team Member is responsible for protecting the assets of PRC.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one (1) year to three (3) years’ experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to work with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
