Ft Yuma Quechan Indian Tribe is seeking an Experienced EVS Supervisor to lead the Environmental Services team at Quechan Casino Resort in Winterhaven, CA. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming casino environment 24/7, supervising custodial staff, and ensuring high presentation standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Three years custodial experience
One year supervisor experience
Must be 21 years of age
Pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol screen
Background investigation
Obtain and maintain gaming license in Arizona and California
Tribal preference given to qualified tribal members

Responsibilities

Supervise daily custodial services activities, including personnel assignments and training.
Ensure quality assurance and inventory control across gaming areas, public spaces, back-of-house areas and restrooms.
