Job summary

Ocean Casino Resort is seeking a Shift Manager EVS to assist the EVS Manager in organizing the EVS department's daily operations on a designated shift. You will supervise, plan, and schedule activities for EVS Supervisors and coach staff to meet Ocean Casino Resort standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least 5 years of EVS or housekeeping experience in a high-volume resort, and strong supervisory and organizational skills.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum 5 years EVS/Housekeeping in a high-volume resort.
Strong supervisory and organisational abilities.
Good verbal and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily EVS operations on an assigned shift.
Review work for productivity and quality of service.
Coordinate with other departments to keep areas functional.
Hire, schedule, train, develop, evaluate and coach EVS staff.
Monitor payroll expenses and ensure OSHA/compliance training.
Perform daily property inspections and address guest requests.
