Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year related experience or training.
• Must be able to operate standard EVS equipment including vacuums and floor machines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) expected.
• Strong math skills and ability to compute rates and percentages.
• Ability to interact with guests and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
• Willingness to work at multiple casino locations and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff on designated shift.
• Support scheduling and address scheduling concerns while focusing on guest satisfaction.
• Assist in adherence to departmental budgets and financial goals.
• Promote and demonstrate superior customer service according to standards.
• Oversee day-to-day cleaning of the casino property.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and communicate needs to manager promptly.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with standards.
• Ensure OSHA standards are followed and report issues promptly.
• Report property damage or problems to management in a timely manner.
• Distribute work assignments and monitor performance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance within area of responsibility.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
