Job summary

Northwestern Memorial Hospital is seeking a Resource Coordinator Environmental Services to direct operations, schedule staff, and ensure adherence to JCAHO and hospital guidelines. You will supervise EVS staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain sanitation and efficiency.

The role requires strong organizational skills, adherence to policies, and ability to train staff while monitoring productivity and quality controls.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions.
• High school diploma or G.E.D required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review standards and work procedures for all Environmental Services staff.
• Plan work schedules, hours, areas of work, and duties to ensure adequate EVS coverage.
• Assist Manager in supervising Environmental Services staff and collaborate with managers to meet NMH mission.
