• Establish standards and work procedures for EVS staff; plan schedules to ensure adequate EVS coverage.
• Assist Manager in supervision of EVS staff and participate in interviewing, training and development.
• Inspect facility condition; manage furniture/equipment and space to improve sanitation and appearance; report unsafe conditions.
• Schedule major projects; ensure staff and supplies; use Peoplesoft requisitions to order supplies.
• Coordinate and manage shift scheduling; monitor timecards using Kronos ATR.
• Anticipate staffing needs and arrange coverage; support budgeting and cost containment.
• Work as liaison between customers and departments; participate in leadership activities and committee work.
