Northwestern Medicine Catherine Gratz Griffin Lake Forest Hospital is seeking a Resource Coordinator for Environmental Services. This full-time, 2nd shift role (3:30 PM–12:00 AM) with every other weekend rotation supports staffing, budgeting, training, and operational oversight.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, with associates or bachelor’s preferred. You will oversee scheduling, inventory, and coordination with hospital departments to uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Associates or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and review EVS work standards and schedules.
• Supervise and train Environmental Services staff; participate in interviews.
• Inspect facility conditions and manage inventory and supplies.
• Coordinate with other departments and committees as needed.
• Schedule major projects and manage staffing to meet budget limits.
