Responsibilities

• Directing and overseeing the operational needs of the Housekeeping Department.
• Coordinate tasks of the Operations Managers.
• Liaise between administration and hospital departments to provide service excellence.
• Establishes and reviews standards and work procedures for Housekeeping staff.
• Plan work schedules, interviews, hires, and evaluates staff.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist Department Director with budgets.
