You will coordinate tasks of Operations Managers and serve as liaison between admin and hospital departments, delivering high-quality service.

The role focuses on organizing staff, guiding standards, budgeting support, and ensuring efficient, patient-centered housekeeping operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work history required.
• Strong written and oral communication, listening and empathy, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage staff with a participative approach and to organize and prioritize tasks.
• Excellent stress management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and reviews housekeeping standards and procedures per facility policies.
• Plans work schedules, areas of responsibility, and duties to ensure adequate housekeeping services.
• Interviews, hires, evaluates, and terminates housekeeping personnel per facility standards.
• Orients, trains, and supervises housekeeping staff.
• Performs regular facility inspections and suggests action items.
• Coordinates with other departments to align housekeeping activities.
• Schedules major project work and ensures staff and supplies are available.
• Maintains inventory of housekeeping supplies.
• Assists Department Director with budgets.
