• Budget, project management, and strategic planning experience.
• Ongoing professional self-development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management and training of EVS and Logistics departments.
• Provide executive oversight of EVS and Logistics operations and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Lead workforce development, training, quality assurance, and regulatory readiness.
• Drive employee engagement strategies and ensure regulatory compliance with TJC requirements.
• Align EVS & Logistics functions with the system’s mission, values, and standards.
