Corewell Health in Dearborn is seeking an Environmental Service Technician Lead to support the Supervisor by coordinating daily operations, addressing staff concerns, and ensuring tasks are completed.

You will conduct quality audit inspections, adjust work schedules, assign tasks, and provide ongoing guidance to Environmental Services team members. Strong communication across departments helps sustain service continuity and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant experience in public service or customer service in healthcare, hotel, or janitorial settings.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• CHEST certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assigns and adjusts work schedules as necessary.
• Coordinates and inspects employee work assignments and completes quality assurance inspections.
• Provides ongoing instruction to Environmental Services employees.
• Communicates and collaborates with team across departments to ensure continuity of services.
• Cleans and maintains equipment used in duties and stores it properly.
• May work across department sites for coverage and business needs.
