• Manage department financial data and statistics.
• Monitor unit expenditures and budget adherence.
• Develop and implement department operating budget.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Lead and mentor staff toward quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate proactively with administration and hospital leaders.
• Establish work standards, policies, and procedures.
• Encourage staff to participate in education programs.
