Job summary

Bronson Healthcare is seeking an EVS Associate for 16 hours per week on the 1st shift (7:00 am–3:30 pm) at South Haven. Under the environmental services manager, you will maintain cleanliness in patient rooms, public areas, and surgical zones, ensuring high standards of infection control.

This role requires the ability to work independently, clear English communication, and strong customer service skills. External candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $375 and a retention bonus of $375,

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently.
• Must communicate in English (verbal and written) at at least 8th grade level.
• Interpersonal skills that reflect Bronson positively.
• Excellent customer service, thoroughness and time management.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient rooms, occupied and unoccupied; clean public and surgical areas.
• Stock supplies and maintain equipment.
• Follow regulatory requirements and HIPPA policies.
• Communicate with nurses and patient care staff; provide exceptional service to patients, staff and visitors.
