Job summary

Bronson Lakeview Hospital is seeking an Environmental Services Associate for 16 hours per week, 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM). Under supervision, you will clean patient rooms, public areas, and surgical spaces while stocking supplies and maintaining equipment to support a safe, infection-controlled environment.

You will follow policy, regulatory requirements, and hospital procedures, with emphasis on quality, teamwork, and timely task completion within a busy health care setting.

• Must communicate in English (verbal and written) with staff and customers.
• Must possess interpersonal skills and provide excellent service.
• Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must follow safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning of patient rooms, public areas, and surgical areas.
• Restock supplies and maintain equipment in assigned areas.
• Follow Environmental Services procedures and isolation policies.
• Operate cleaning machinery and report maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with department staff and supervisor on priorities.
• Support Bronson Management System and participate in huddles.
