Job summary

Yugo USA LLC. seeks an Executive Vice President of Operations to lead performance, people, and strategy for 70+ student housing communities nationwide.

You will shape portfolio priorities, establish standards, and ensure disciplined execution across regional and property teams. Reporting to the President, you will partner with Finance, Sales, Facilities, and Talent to drive NOI, occupancy, budgeting, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of leadership experience in student housing, multifamily, hospitality, or related real estate.
• Experience leading a large, geographically dispersed portfolio.
• Strong track record in third-party management and client relationships.
• Deep financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, NOI and revenue strategy.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio performance and strategic planning for 70+ communities.
• Develop operating standards, priorities, and accountability across Operations.
• Drive NOI, revenue, occupancy, and expense targets.
• Maintain executive visibility into risks, trends, and opportunities.
• Oversee third-party management and client relationships.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, Facilities, People & Culture to execute priorities.
• Lead acquisitions, dispositions, and transitions within the portfolio.
