Job summary

Nova Sky Stories seeks an EVP, Global Theme Parks & Attractions to define strategy and lead worldwide theme park and destination entertainment, partnering with top operators and developers. This executive will shape the vertical, establish an operating model, and drive long-term growth across global markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years leadership experience in the theme park/attractions or location-based entertainment industry.
• Executive-level experience building or leading a business or function.
• Established relationships with senior leaders at theme park operators and developers.
• Proven success negotiating complex, high-value, long-term partnerships.
• MBA or advanced business degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel globally.
• Strong executive communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Define Nova’s global strategy across theme parks, resorts, and destination attractions.
• Build long-term business plans, investment needs, and growth opportunities.
• Identify permanent installations, seasonal programming, and recurring entertainment.
• Source, negotiate, and close transformative partnerships to expand global footprint.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale entertainment projects.
