Job summary

Austal USA, LLC in Mobile, AL seeks a Senior EVMS Compliance leader to manage EVMS governance, scheduling, and regulatory reporting. You will drive CAPs and ensure DCMA/SUPSHIP readiness with timely responses.

The role requires strong EVMS metrics knowledge, EXP with Empower/Primavera, ERP systems, and the ability to train CAMs and analysts while coordinating audits to strengthen company-wide compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 7–10 years in manufacturing compliance, EVMS scheduling, material program planning or audit-related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Federal contracting with strong EVMS knowledge (142).
• Experience with government compliance issues, especially DCAA/DCMA/SUPSHIP.
• Experience with external audit firms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead EVMS governance, scheduling, and regulatory reporting.
• Develop and implement CAPs for CAR data and audit findings.
• Manage all EVMS audits for Austal USA and subsidiaries.
• Train CAMs, schedulers, and EVMS analysts on DECM and EVMS requirements.
• Coordinate with DCMA/SUPSHIP and other regulators; prepare responses to audit requests.
• Develop audit strategies that add economic value and ensure compliance across the organization.
