Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years’ experience in the social services field.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis intervention to individuals and families facing housing issues.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop service plans.
• Conduct assessments and follow up with services or referrals.
• Attend regular supervision and trainings.
• Conduct outreach and home visits.
• Maintain documentation of services provided to clients.
• Assist clients in applying for and receiving public benefits.
• Complete statistical reports.
• Assist with food distribution at pantry and related duties.
