Job summary

Alliance Health is seeking a Housing Coordinator to manage ILI program financial assistance, eviction prevention, and rental support. The role collaborates with care management, providers, landlords, and community partners to ensure credible housing assistance and timely payments.

The position supports remote work with occasional onsite meetings and travel as needed to Alliance communities served. Strong customer service and knowledge of housing resources are essential.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of progressive experience in Human Services, Community Development, or Affordable Housing.
• Experience with administering housing programs and serving homeless individuals preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide fiscal management of ILI funds per county allocation.
• Review and assess ILI applications to determine need and level of financial assistance.
• Submit monthly reports on applications approved/denied, trainings, and current funds.
• Provide monthly education and training to providers on ILI programs.
• Coordinate with landlords and housing providers regarding rent payments and resources.
• Attend CoC or Balance of State meetings to advocate for affordable housing.
