Responsibilities

• Plan staffing and scheduling for Central Texas events.
• Enter and update event details in scheduling systems.
• Monitor attendance, overtime, and coverage to meet event needs.
• Coordinate with Event Managers on deployment and changes.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and reporting.
