Workbox Holdings, Inc. is seeking a full-time Events Sales Manager to join our events team in Chicago.

The role is the primary operational partner to the Director of Events, owning event coordination after a booking is signed and paid, while also carrying a defined sales and revenue responsibility. You will provide on-site coverage across Workbox’s Chicago locations and support meeting room and select event sales nationally, while collaborating with Marketing, property management, and external

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience in events, hospitality, sales, customer service, venue operations, or a related client-facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong customer service, written communication, and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own event coordination after booking, from handoff to execution.
• Coordinate timelines, room setup, catering coordination, AV needs, guest lists, and insurance where applicable.
• Coordinate post-booking changes and maintain calendars and client templates.
• Maintain CRM entries and ensure accurate reporting of event data.
• Provide on-site execution support and be the primary contact for clients, vendors, and staff.
