First Batch Hospitality in Chicago is seeking an extremely motivated Event Sales Manager to drive the sales and booking of weddings, private events, and corporate gatherings—from lead generation to post-event follow-up. You will craft custom proposals, negotiate contracts, and grow client relationships to deliver exceptional experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Generating minimum of 2 million in annual sales revenues.
• Proficient in Tripleseat and G Suite.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Frequent walking, standing or moving between departments or venues as needed.
• Ability to work flexible hours during events or company-wide programs, including evenings or weekends.
• Meetings in person and virtually; able to navigate spaces as needed.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and booking goals.
• Responsible for social and corporate event sales for the venues.
• Continuously create a unique venue experience aligned with the First Batch brand.
• Work with Sales Team to track projections and goals.
• Assist Director of Sales with reports and budgets as required.
• Manage client relationships from lead to contract and post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate site visits, proposals, deposits, and invoicing with events team.
