Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Sales & Events Manager to coordinate and execute private events at a premier Connecticut venue. You will guide inquiries through execution, tours, proposals, contracts, and detailed planning with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes flawless organization, superb customer service, and seamless collaboration with culinary and AV partners to create memorable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of event planning or hospitality experience.
• Experience creating and managing BEOs.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Restaurant, hotel, catering, or venue experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate private events from inquiry through execution.
• Conduct site tours and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Create BEOs and communicate event details across teams.
• Manage timelines, vendors, setups, and multiple simultaneous events.
• Customize menus, beverages, décor, entertainment, and AV needs.
