Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations in one of Boston’s premier sports and entertainment venues. This hands-on leader will drive menu development, quality, and guest satisfaction across multiple dining and premium service areas.

The role requires strong leadership, event catering experience, and a track record of building high-performing teams in fast-paced environments. High-volume games, concerts and private events are core responsibilities.

• Proven executive chef or senior culinary leadership in high-volume settings (events, stadiums, premium dining)
• Strong menu development and food quality control experience
• Excellent leadership, organization and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
• Experience managing large culinary teams and event catering operations

• Lead daily culinary operations across multiple dining and premium service areas
• Develop and execute menus ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
• Recruit, train, mentor, schedule and develop kitchen staff and foster accountability
