• Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for sales events and ticketing from planning through post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate customer event logistics including travel, hotel, accommodations, and welcome amenities.
• Share event specifics, timelines, and requirements with customers, internal teams, venues, and vendors.
• Partner with Marketing and other departments to align events with customer experience and business goals.
• Maintain accurate event trackers for attendees, approvals, and reconciliations.
• Provide onsite event support including registration and attendee management, as needed.
