This hybrid internship begins May 2027 and requires enrollment in a college program. Part-time (20 hrs/week) during the school year and full-time (40 hrs/week) in summer, with strong writing and proofreading skills

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a college program for the entire internship.
  • Commit to 12–18 month internship – part-time during the academic year and full-time in the summer.
  • PT includes 20 hours per week; FT includes 40 hours per week.
  • Strong writing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Work with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe PDF.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in promotion planning for field events and promotions campaigns.
  • Write and develop ads, articles, and other promotions from concept to completion.
  • Support event communications, copywriting, proofreading, and routing for approvals.
  • Work with content and web teams to post event communications and update landing pages.
