Job summary

Ameritas is seeking a Marketing Intern - Meetings and Events to support learning and networking events nationwide. You will assist in promotion planning, ad creation, and event communications, with hands-on content posting and project coordination.

The role is a hybrid internship beginning May 2027, involving PT during the school year and FT in the summer. The ideal candidate is enrolled in a marketing-related program, demonstrates strong writing and proofreading skills, and can manage multiple

Qualifications

Enrolled in a college program (part-time) for the entire internship.
Commit to 12–18 month internship (PT during the school year, FT in summer).
Strong writing and proofreading skills stated in the posting.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Experience with MS Office suite and basic content tools.

Responsibilities

Support event promotions planning and tactical execution for field events.
Assist with event communications, copywriting, proofreading, and routing for approvals.
Post event content with web and registration platforms; support landing pages.
Coordinate tasks via WorkFront and track projects to completion.
