Answers in Genesis seeks an Event Operations Specialist to support and lead event execution across the Creation Museum, Ark Encounter, HQ, and AiG events. The role emphasizes a SERVE-driven culture and close collaboration with internal and external planners to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will coordinate schedules, seating, signage, and speaker arrangements, maintaining up-to-date event documents, and ensuring smooth on-site operations during large-scale conferences and tours.

Responsabilités

• Support Director of Attraction Event Operations in scheduling and planning events.
• Lead event operations for assigned events and coordinate with event planners.
• Publish thorough Event Plans and communicate updates to operations teams.
• Manage calendars, rooms, and logistics for CM and AE events.
