• Coordinate logistics with speakers and teachers for programs and events.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, event calendar entries, and data records.
• Collaborate across departments to support program development and rollout of new initiatives.
• Handle clean-up and post-event follow-up as directed by management.
• Display SERVE values in interactions with guests and staff.

This position supports the planning, scheduling, marketing, preparation, implementation, and follow-up of Explore programs, Explore camps, high school labs (year-round and summer intensive), Discover programs, private programs, and other special events. The Coordinator also assists department leadership in developing and launching new programs and consistently models our Core Values of SERVE in all interactions with internal and external guests.This position will allow one to impact others through a service mindset centered on making an eternal difference.
