Job summary

Answers in Genesis is seeking an Admissions Coordinator for Ark Encounter in Williamstown, KY to oversee the day-to-day guest admissions operations. You will lead hourly staff, ensure brand standards, and maintain safety while delivering a high-quality guest experience.

The role requires 2+ years in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends. Experience with ticketing POS systems is preferred and a proactive, service-oriented mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in hospitality or similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to regularly work weekends, holidays, and events outside normal hours.

Responsibilities

• Promote the mission and standards of Answers in Genesis.
• Lead hourly staff to enhance guest engagement and experience.
• Sell tickets and operate the ticketing register.
• Ensure safety procedures and brand standards are followed across engagement zones.
• Coordinate with Health and Safety and Security teams for safe operations.
