Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in a museum, attraction, hospitality, or similar guest-facing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, market, prepare, implement, and follow up on Explore programs, Explore camps, high school labs, Discover programs, private programs, and events of all kinds.
• Coordinate logistics with speakers and teachers for programs and events.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, event calendar entries, and data records.
• Collaborate across departments to support program development and rollout of new initiatives.
• Handle clean-up and post-event follow-up as directed by management.
• Display SERVE values in interactions with guests and staff.
