Job summary

Amori Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Events & Partnerships Executive who is organised, proactive and people-oriented. You will coordinate client events, build relationships with partners, and identify engagement opportunities to drive business development.

Ideal candidates enjoy planning events, networking, and turning engagement into meaningful conversations in a fast-paced consultancy environment; English and Mandarin proficiency is a plus, with Singaporean/PR status preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Experience in events, partnerships, marketing, PR or BD is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client events, networking activities, seminars, and engagement initiatives.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential partners, vendors, communities and external organisations.
  • Explore partnership opportunities to expand the firm’s reach and engagement opportunities.
  • Support participant outreach, invitations, registrations and post-event follow-up.
  • Engage attendees and external contacts to understand interests and opportunities.
  • Coordinate appointments or introductions with internal teams for follow-up.

Job description

We are looking for organised, proactive, and people-oriented individuals to join us as Events & Partnerships Executives. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the firm’s events, partnership initiatives, client engagement and business development activities by coordinating events, building relationships with partners, and creating opportunities for meaningful engagement and collaboration.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy planning events, meeting new people, building professional relationships, expanding networks, and turning engagement opportunities into meaningful business conversations in a fast-paced consultancy environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute client events, networking activities, seminars, and engagement initiatives
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential partners, vendors, communities, and external organisations
  • Explore partnership and collaboration opportunities that can expand the firm’s reach and create new engagement opportunities
  • Support participant outreach, invitations, registrations, attendance and post-event follow-up activities
  • Engage attendees and external contacts professionally to understand their interests and identify suitable opportunities for further engagement
  • Facilitate follow-up conversations and coordinate appointments or introductions with the relevant internal team members where appropriate
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential partners, event participants, referrals, and engagement opportunities
  • Communicate and follow up with partners, vendors, clients, prospects, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives
  • Monitor event participation, engagement, follow-up outcomes and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client engagement, relationship development and business development initiatives
Requirements:
  • Singaporean/PR
  • Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma or any recognised Bachelor's Degree
  • Prior experience in events, partnerships, marketing, public relations, customer engagement, business development, hospitality, or project coordination will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and internal stakeholders
  • Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Resourceful, self-motivated, and comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with new people
  • Comfortable following up with contacts and coordinating next-step meetings or engagements
  • Able to work independently while being a collaborative team player
