Job summary

WeTravel is seeking an Events Operations Lead to be the operational backbone of our global events. You will own the calendar, manage vendors and contracts, and ensure all budgets are on track, delivering on-time and on-budget execution.

You will partner with sales, design, finance, and our content team to coordinate across every touchpoint, building repeatable systems and a clear event playbook that scales.

Qualifications

• Hands-on B2B field-event experience required.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong calendar, vendor, and contract management abilities.
• Familiarity with event ROI tracking and SOP development.

Responsibilities

• Own the yearly event calendar (~55 events) and adjust quarterly.
• Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, vendors, passes, and swag.
• Manage event contracts, invoicing, and expense reconciliation in Ramp.
• Lead cross-functional setup with sales, ops, design, and data teams.
• Collaborate on lead routing and post-event ROI reporting with data/ops.
• Develop and maintain the event playbook (SOP).
