Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, training, and experience, plus at least 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational, administrative, and logistical support for CUIMC Events programs.
• Assist with event planning, registration management, venue preparation, and vendor coordination.
• Coordinate supplies, inventory, and calendar listings using Bedework and Outlook.
• Offer on-site support during events and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Support post-event evaluations, reporting, and documentation.
