You will work with Public Safety Officers, contract security, clients, and public safety partners to plan risk assessments, staffing deployments, and event-specific safety plans, ensuring safe, customer-focused experiences.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of public safety and security operations.
• Experience in coordinating event staffing and safety planning.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Public Safety operations and shift personnel.
• Coordinate staffing with event management, clients, and vendors.
• Prepare event-related safety staffing cost estimates and post-event reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, codes, and policies.
• Coordinate with external agencies (police, EMS) for staffing needs.
• Maintain daily logs and provide excellent guest service during events.
