Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Beverage Operations Manager to lead the hotel’s beverage program across all outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and strong financial performance.

The ideal candidate will oversee purchasing, inventory, menu development, staff training, and vendor relations, while collaborating with culinary and events teams to deliver outstanding beverage experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive Food & Beverage management experience with emphasis on beverage operations.
• Extensive knowledge of wines, spirits, beer, cocktails, and current beverage trends.
• Experience managing beverage purchasing, inventory, cost controls, and vendor relationships.
• Strong financial acumen to analyze beverage costs, sales, and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily beverage operations for all hotel outlets.
• Develop and enhance the wine, spirits, beer, cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic programs.
• Create seasonal beverage menus and specialty cocktails aligned with brand standards.
• Collaborate with Culinary, Restaurant, Banquet, and Marketing on promotions and events.
• Manage beverage purchasing, inventory levels, and cost controls.
• Lead, train, and develop bartenders and beverage team members.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and beverage quality across outlets.
